To guarantee your spot, full payment of the registration is required.
Please include in the comment of the e-transfer your:
1) Team name and Division
2) Dec, Jan, or Feb Tournament
Any e-transfers received without this info will be rejected.

Please do not send e-transfers before registration opens.
E-Transfers sent prior to registration opening will be rejected and returned to sender.
REGISTER NOW Terms and Conditions
-We accept teams on a first-come, first-serve basis.
-A team will only be accepted once payment has been received by LMHA.
-Notification of acceptance will be sent via email to the Team Contact.
-Late registrations will be placed on a cancellation waiting list.
-The tournament reserves the right to reject any entry.
-When registering, please pay attention to the division in which you have registered. Make sure you have chosen the correct division. If you have made a mistake please notify LMHA immediately.
-Tournament registration refunds are at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.
-An Approved Roster from your governing body must be submitted two weeks prior to tournament start date. Teams without this documentation will not be permitted to play.
-Schedules will be available closer to the Tournament dates.
